Training

Ponies
Little Ted, Tinmarn and Dusty with Sherwood are put through their paces making them ‘bombproof’ for riders. Lunging the horses over many hours perfects the task.
Donkeys
Little Antonio has a companionship role, with Beasley being trained as the ideal learner donkey.
Deer
Bambi Sparkle is kept ‘in work’ throughout the year so he stays accustomed to interacting with people when the Christmas events come around.
Goats
Being naturally playful the goats must be kept toned down from their normal exuberance for the tasks that lie ahead. With leads attached to their collars they practise sprinting and jumping over obstacles.
Rabbits
Attaching leads to collars the bunnies are put through their paces over the jumps and sometimes alongside their jumps – can be quite contrary, but always fun.
